5-ingredient cookies

We tried these out a few days ago, and they were really good!

1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1 t. vanilla
1/2 bag chocolate chips (mini chocolate chips would work best)

Mix the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together.  Add baking mix, vanilla, and chocolate chips.  Roll dough into small balls or use small cookie scoop.  Put on cookie sheet.  Ues a fork to flatten them a bit and give them that distinctive peanut butter cookie pattern.  Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.  Don't overbake them and they will stay soft.

Enjoy!
